Honda S2000 Front Sway Bar Setup
We install an Eibach front sway bar on the Honda S2000. This is to help correct steering balance due to upgrading our tires to 245/45 on all four corners. The Honda S2000 comes with smaller width front tires than rear from the factory. When we lowered the car and put a square tire setup on the car this means there is significantly more steering grip in the front of the car. This sway bar will help balance out that steering so the front to rear grip ratio is more balance leaving us with predictable steering for safe and fun track days!

Correct Steering Geometry Rack Spacers AP2 Honda S2000

We install EVS steering rack spacers on our 2004 Honda S2000. This is to help put the tie rods back to level since we lowered the car on Ohlins Road and Track coilovers. The install was fairly straight forward. To gain access we removed the intake box and lower splash pan shield. We also had to disconnect the sway bar bushings at the frame of the car to slide the steering rack forward enough to...
Turbo Noises! Intake Install 2022 VB WRX

Decided it was time to upgrade the intake on the 2022 WRX Project thats totally supposed to stay a reliable and stock daily driver. Why would you install an intake one might ask? Typically to hear more turbo noises, but apparently these intakes do flow a little more than the stock ones, meaning your turbo can shove more air into the engine thus creating a little more power. I'm assuming your car did not have Dynamic chassis control? My 2015 GTI with DCC had the ability to hold sustained speeds of 180km/h and almost 1.5 Gs on our race track. That was with Michilen PS4S tires. My new 2024 GTI with no DCC is definitely trying to kill me in high speed corners because of a lack of stability. I'll probably go the same route...better tires first and a rear sway bar with adjustable end links....Or trade the damn thing in for a car WITH DCC.

    • @HardwayLearning

      You are correct, it was a sport so no DCC. Tires are certainly 95% of the equation. When I installed Bilstein b14 coilovers the ride was much better!

    • @HardwayLearning
      @HardwayLearning Місяць тому

      You have to follow the brake/hand brake/release brake and lock with key fob for it to be "ready" for the remote start function. If you don't do that, it won't let you remote start. So it's fairly dumby proof. There is a quirk I haven't figured out where it seems to auto lock the car sometimes which makes me very paranoid that it will lock my keys in the car at some point.

      Yes, I had already flashed mine with a United Motorsport Stage 2 Tune prior to install. You might be able to get away with a j-spacer on the downstream o2 sensor, but it will throw a check engine light if you do not have a tune or J-spacer.

    Could you have just done this job on the ramps?
